1. SENIOR DIGITAL PR EXECUTIVE:

Role:

To help position the MobilArt Brand in the online space with an effective PR & Marketing strategy. Those with a skill­set in brand communication would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • A deep understanding of Social Media and a positive and enthusiastic disposition towards the brand in question
  • Generate online PR by writing press releases/ posts/ blogs/ websites and other avenues of exposure
  • Identifying newer avenues of external branding activities and PR opportunities for the company in online media
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the website with timely and periodical updates
  • Work across functions and business units, interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders to research brand personality and establish its online presence.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A network of B2B, national business and trade media contacts
  • Proven success / understanding of interactive digital PR channels
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to both manage AND execute programs
  • Knowledge of international publications and opportunities would be an added advantage
  • A will to constantly learn and grow with the organisation.

Location: Mumbai

Academic Qualification: Graduation, any discipline. Post-­Graduation not mandatory

Experience: 0.5 – ­4 years

Reports to: Head of Content Strategy

2. SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Role:

  • Plan, Develop and Implement social media marketing strategies for clients
  • Lead content marketing engagements with Clients independently
  • Conceptualize, create, develop and implement social media plans

Responsibilities:

  • Curate relevant content to reach the client’s ideal customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-­promotions.
  • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
  • Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results

 Desired Qualities:

  • Demonstrates creativity and documented personal and professional immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
  • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”

3. COPYWRITER

Role:

Creative Copywriting and Ideation

Responsibility:

  • Ideation and conceptualization of innovative content based digital marketing ideas based on client briefs and campaign requirements.

Desired Qualities:

  • Should have an excellent command over English and Hindi.
  • Should be able to write original creative copy on  their own as well as supervise script development with external writers.

Location: Mumbai

Academic Qualification: Graduation, any discipline. Post-­Graduation not mandatory

Experience: 2 – ­4 years

Reports to: Head of Content Strategy
